Little Lights Childcare Director

This position provides operational leadership for the Little Lights Childcare Center full-day program. This role ensures state licensing compliance, manages staff, engages families, and oversees daily operations — all in alignment with the mission and values of Triumph Church and in close collaboration with the Director of Learning. This position is full time.

Little Lights Preschool Staff

Little Lights Preschool is seeking individuals interested in working within Little Lights Preschool classrooms at both our Moorhead and West Fargo Campuses. Teacher’s Aides, and Teachers (full-time and part time) available.

Triumph Kids West Associate – West Fargo Campus

Triumph is seeking a Triumph Kids West Associate to join the West Fargo Campus staff team, which offices at our West Fargo Campus.  This position actively serves as a vital part of the team of staff and volunteers who minister to children (birth-5th grade) and families at our West Fargo Campus.  This person will work closely with the Triumph Kids Director to implement and coordinate ministries, events, and discipleship opportunities within Triumph Kids at the West Fargo Campus.

This position is part-time, with approximately 24 hours per week/44 weeks per year (end of August- mid June).  The 24 hours can be split between two positions – such as a 14 hour position and 10 hour position.  Position start date is in late August 2026.
